Alok was determined to regain back a healthier body shape and build muscle going forward. Hitting his 40th, he chose to take control of his wellbeing and fitness.  Being a father of two kids was his biggest challenge to fit in training and build a better work - life balance.    

 

He's body frame was what we call SKINNY FAT, having low amounts of muscle to his body and a protruding stomach. This was dropping his confidence, and definitely his mood of daily well-being.  He did not want to see anymore days like this, and this is where his training began.
