DO THIS RIGHT.  As I said before, don't stuff yourself.  Spread the weight gain figures across many smaller meals.  It doesn't have to be exact, but it will allow you to consume a higher calorific amount as you stay consistent with your program.

It will also guarantee you muscle growth, by letting your muscles feed on energy entering your body regularly.  This keeps you from going catabolic.
