  • FIND YOUR TRUE WEIGHT GAIN CALORIES.  determine your calorie intake, and set it with a high carb ratio.  Don't focus on protein too much it's just another myth.  If you want to bulk, carbohydrates are your friend. 


DO THIS RIGHT.  As I said before, don't stuff yourself.  Spread the weight gain figures across many smaller meals.  It doesn't have to be exact, but it will allow you to consume a higher calorific amount as you stay consistent with your program.

It will also guarantee you muscle growth, by letting your muscles feed on energy entering your body regularly.  This keeps you from going catabolic.
