I create detailed workout plans based on your current fitness level, planned after a fitness testing session. I specialise in increasing muscle, and decreasing bodyfat, along with injury prevention so you can stay clear of long-term body pains and injuries.
Flexible Sessions:
Book sessions to suit you. Flexibility is available to make changes within 24hr period and to fill in any last minute allocated times for drop outs. Sessions are carried throughout the week, it is recommended you book in large blocks to insure your perfect time slots are catered for, as well as saving cost.
