Out weighing how he felt, Bharat made a choice to
start, he knew he needs to do something. The primary goal was to take control of his weight, learn how to lose it and keep it off.
Once he began, he carried out the whole 12 weeks training program, and hats off to
him for committing and making that decision.
THE OUTCOME:
Bharat noticed a valuable and self-aware lesson. How much easier now life felt with exercise, simply training the right way for you and making appropriate diet changes has an affect to increase levels of energy your body will produce.
Overall he was more energetic, moving
more and felt less tired then before.
And BONUS, he knocked off 10lbs of bodyweight!
