It is a difficult step to overcome when your training post pregnancy, your body and shape can take a turn for the worse, or just make you feel unhappy each day if you don't do something about it. 

It was important to Rav to take action to firm up any loose skin after pregnancy.  Having a great strength program combined with appropriate cardiovascular training will help her lose the belly and also tone her body.  And let's no forget the necessary dietary intake to make it work.
